Reporting Agency Data Quality Improvements

To ensure changes, updates, or corrections an agency makes within the Virginia Elite system for the purpose of improving the agency's data quality are properly reflecting on future data quality reports, we have created an FAQ regarding how agencies need to communicate those changes to OEMS support. 

Because of the manual nature of how we must review data quality, it is not practical for OEMS personnel to perform a 6-month review each time a new quality report is published.  However, support can review the data quality of individual agencies when the agency informs OEMS support changes have been made.  The attached FAQ covers the preferred method of communicating those changes.  While there are other methods available, this method ensures that OEMS support will be able to track changes made and update future quality reports as needed.
