The most current Virginia XSD can be found by: * Sign into VPHIB * Click on "Data Exchange" on the menu accross the top of the page * Expand the"NHTSA/NISE 2.2.1 XML Data Exchange" on the left hand menu * Click on "Import XML File" * On the bottom of the import page, under the "Import" button click on "Download XML Schemas" * This XSD will always be the current/live XSD
