OEMS Office Staff – Teleworking

On Thursday, March 12, Governor Northam declared a State of Emergency. As a result of this declaration strategies for prevention of the spread of COVID-19 have been put in to place, including ban on state employee travel, implementation of teleworking, cancellation of large public gatherings hosted by state agencies, and long-term economic planning among a variety of topics. 

 

Beginning now, support staff will be teleworking during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday). The support phone line (804-888-9149) is not being monitored or forwarded. If you need assistance, your support ticket should be submitted using the website: oemssupport.kayako.com

 

Once on this site, select “Submit a Ticket”. Then choose the Department and select Next. Finally, fill in as must information as you have on the “Your ticket details” page being sure to check off on the privacy policy and captcha verification before selecting Submit. 

 

As always, support tickets will be responded to as quickly as possible. However, please be patient as we adapt to this new work environment.
